If youre looking for a job, Employment and Education Centre is looking to help you! Whether a full-time job, part-time job, online job or summer job, we have employment counsellors to help you with finding the right job! We also help employers with employee pre-screening and provide HR services.
The agency helps link people with meaningful volunteer experiences with the Youth Volunteer Crew (YVC). We also offer free 2 and 3 day computer training workshops for the Microsoft Office Suite.
Our 1000 Islands Credit Counselling division offers a full range of credit counselling options from budgeting to debt management. And we are constantly running other employment related workshops to help you get on the right path for your employment needs. These workshops include things like Legitimate Opportunities to Work From Home, Using Social Media to Job Search, Resume Review, Interviewing Skills, and many more!!
